With a background in chartered accounting, commercial property development and construction as well as owning a large transport business for over 10 years, Jay Stevenson brings astute business skills, project management rigour and a personalised touch to all Eltham Projects.

Jay personally manages all property development phases from site selection, council approvals, architectural design and on-site construction through to client hand-over. His personal motto: Would I want to live here? Whatever he builds, has to be a place he would be happy to live in himself.
